Refund & Dispute Policy

Standard operational terms governing transactions, disputes, and refund handling on MrProFixer Pay.

This Refund and Dispute Policy outlines the terms governing payments processed through MrProFixer Pay (a proprietary brand owned by MrProFixer).

1. Nature of Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency transfers (including USDT across TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, Arbitrum, Optimism, Binance Pay, and Bybit Pay) are mathematically permanent and recorded irrevocably upon decentralized blockchain ledgers. Once a transaction is broadcast and validated by network consensus, it cannot be automatically modified, canceled, or reversed by MrProFixer Pay.

2. Role as a Gateway Processor

MrProFixer Pay functions exclusively as a payment gateway provider facilitating automated verification between buyers and merchant accounts. We do not hold custody of physical goods or oversee merchant fulfillment warranties. Therefore, refund requests for digital goods, subscriptions, or services must generally be directed to the originating merchant from whom the purchase was made.

3. Merchant Discretionary Refunds

Merchants utilizing MrProFixer Pay maintain independent authority to issue refunds to their customers from their available balance or external wallets. If a merchant approves a refund, the merchant will arrange the transfer to the customer's specified destination address or account.

4. Overpayment and Underpayment Handling

  • Underpayments: If a customer sends an amount less than the required invoice total, the invoice remains in a pending state until the remaining balance is transmitted prior to invoice expiration. If expired, the merchant may verify and credit the partial amount or arrange a manual refund.
  • Overpayments: If a customer transfers more than the exact expected invoice amount, the invoice confirms successfully, and the surplus is credited to the merchant's account. Customers may request the surplus refund directly from the merchant.

5. Dispute Resolution Process

If you believe a transaction was processed erroneously or experienced a technical failure during automated confirmation:

  1. Collect your Transaction Hash (TXID), Invoice Reference ID, sender address, and transaction timestamp.
  2. Submit an official inquiry through our Support Portal or email us at support@mrprofixer12.com.
  3. Our technical operations desk will conduct an on-chain ledger audit and verify the status against node records.
